If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it free of charge. However, we typically do not accept returns due to user error, such as incorrect size, design, or color selection.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is flawed, has poor print quality, or differs from what was originally represented on our site, we are happy to replace it. Please contact us at [email protected] with a photo of the product and any detail shots to help us investigate the issue. If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement at no extra charge.

For other refund inquiries, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide a return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive the returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear.

Important: Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If the refund has not appeared after checking with your bank and credit card company, please email us at [email protected].

Sale Items (If Applicable)

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate for the equivalent value. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping

For approved claims, we will provide you with the return address. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund. Depending on your location, shipping times for exchanges may vary.

Tip: If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
